As part of the inception phase activities of the Quality, Accountability, Integrity, Transparency in Higher Education project (QAINT), which is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and officially started on April 1, 2019, separate meetings were held with representatives of public higher education institutions, as well as with officials of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MEST) and the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA). The purpose of these meetings was to establish initial contacts for collaboration with these institutions and to inform them about the activities planned with the QAINT project.
